I am a male and i am 16 years old. I want to capture a car but dont know what kind of saloon.
I want a Pontiac but my mom said the brand is not really good. I think the brand is fine do you?
My mom said "it have to be Toyota, it is a really really good brand and she used a Toyota car for approaching 6 years and it never been destroy or anything and it have really good engines"
Name some cars from Pontiac and from Toyota that i can buy!

I would pick a Scion. They are made by Toyota, so she wont be able to complain. They are just as reliable but look better and are seriously cooler.
Pontiac is poor.
Toyota, honda, or nissan is the ideal company for you.
Reliablility, comfort, and resale significance.
At 16 i would go with something cheap. toyotas and honda hold alot higher resale values. so you will be able to get hold of the same year pontiac or ford for almost half the price.
Listen to your mother, she knows best. You will be alot happier in a Toyota than a Pontiac. Other brands to look at are Honda or Nissan. Good luck and drive soundly.
At 16 probably a Toyota corolla. But a Honda civic is a great first car only as well.
