Truth be told, any answer given here will just be personal opinion (I can offer you my opinion if you'd like). There are many highly developed quality companies out there that are around and well priced... just produce sure the company has a good rating next to either the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) or USP (U.S. Pharmacopoeia), as those are the main part assurance organizations (USP is for the U.S., GMP is for the U.S. and worldwide).
As long as the company has flawless quality, any Tribulus extract would be the highest potency, but Tribulus is Tribulus regardless of which company bottles it. ;-)

[edit]: Actually, the FDA does require regulation of supplement companies. If a company is found to have less than what is tabled on the bottle in their product, they risk having the product pulled from the shelf and/or have their company shut down. It can and has happened beforehand. I've talked to our Compliance officers and the FDA have made several surprise inspections to our company (and regularly does to all supplement companies)... if things aren't in lay down, the company is cited/fined (depending on the severity)... enough fines/citations and the company gets contained by much worse trouble and companies (especially many "fly-by-night companies) have be shut down for that.
Also, there are thousands of published medical studies on various herb... many of them are listed at http://www.pubmed.org

How dows anyone know? The amounts of ingredients in herbal products is NOT regulated by anybody. Some brands of the same stuff can hove onlt 1/100th or even 1/1000th of another brand. Why not lug an FDA approved rx med for your problem. all-natural doesn't mean goog stuff! no "controlled scientific studies" are ever done on these products! Source(s): m.d.
