Best brand of tools? dewalt, craftsman milwaukee?
im asking for a new tool collection and i want the best value for money for my alien sets. what brand is best hands down?

Definitely Dewalt for the power tools... craftsman isnt the extraordinarily best but prob the best when it comes to affordability/quality.
For cordless tools, Dewalt, Milwaukee, or Makita, surrounded by that order. Hilti makes really awesome stuff, but the cost is really awesome too. Sears has been stealing patent and planning obsolescence for years, and they pay Bob Vila A LOT of money to say those things. In accessory, replacement parts are hard to get. Cheap appendage tools with a lifetime warranty might get you through one duty, but they guarantee a lot of exchanges. Spend a couple extra dollars to get better stuff , you'll not regret it. You can also return with good opinions on tools from your local mechanic, or a clerk at an antediluvian style hardware store. Most salespeople at home improvement centers and similar places don't use what they sell, and in consequence their opinion can be biased by vendors. If you really abuse your tools like I do, Milwaukee is the authoritative choice. Their tools are powerful, and practically indestructible. Others seem like toys contained by comparison.
I hold some of all 3.........My dewalt are great, but so is the milwaukee. I like the milwaukee near cords the best........craftsman are so, so..........except for the wrenches.......if you are the average handyman, their wrenches are fine.

If you can afford it, Hilti is the ultimate. Dewalt is what I usually use as well as Millwaukee and Makita cordless drills.
